Max and Ginger jump into their weekly round up with Max first trying to understand what it is that John Cornyn actually means when he says there is nothing to be done about mass shootings.
Ginger attempts to keep Max on track by getting back to the topic of the day, in this case all the fraud phone calls people receive, the types of scams and what to do about by talking to scam expert Jim Browning, and no it does not include Donald Trump. Finally, Max finds out he is a minority of one in the studio when he discovers no one else has a land-line phone these days.
Tell Max What You Think!
Max and Ginger make it to the weekend, and attempt to do a roundup of what has been happening over the past week including Mueller, Trump, and of course, the 737 Max, unfortunately Dan the Long Suffering Producer earns his nickname, as soon will become clear. The main subject for the show is Community College, something close to the Voice of the Radical Center’s heart. Their guest this week is Dr. Gretchen Riehl, from Austin Community College. Max enjoys the visit so much he gives the good Dr. the Converted Max Miller Mug.
Tucker Carlson and Max actually agree on something, and Max cannot wait to get to that topic, unfortunately he has to get back to the topic of insulin which makes him seem like a stuck record, but it is something close to the Maxsters heart.
In particular after the Wall Street Journal has two article on the subject back to back, and they contradict each other. Plus it seems that in addition to Max and Tucker potentially becoming BFFs, the New York Time also seems to agree with the Voice Of The Radical Center.
Max and Ginger get to Sunday and their regular weekly roundup. While Max wonders what is going on in Ted Cruz’s mind, Ginger is more interested in getting to their guest, Diane Huth who has written some well received books on how to manage a midlife change in career, and what to do to land that dream job. Max does find time to play an appropriate clip on the state of truth from Jordan Peterson.
